HAVI CAMP

On hold until further notice.

Join HAVI in our first ever HAVI CAMP!

We are all excited to get back to normal life after the COVID-19 pandemic. HAVI is introducing a new program this summer for all families that join the HAVI Friends workshops. Volunteers will meet your neurodiverse child/youth/young adult. Volunteers will come masked and lead activities with their HAVI Friend respecting all COVID-19 government measures. Sessions will take place at Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom (entrance 395 Elm street) in Westmount. Families are expected to join the HAVI Friends family workshops once per month in an online Zoom session with other parents while their children are registered in camp.

Dates: Saturday July 16, July 30th, August 13, and August 27th

Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Pick up and drop off location: 395 Elm Street (corner Sherbrooke)

We have an indoor space in the building and a safe park enclosed by a fence directly across the street. Please drop your children off inside the Temple. A staff with a HAVI T-shirt will be waiting for the children between 10:00 am and 10:15 am to bring them up to the room where will be doing indoor activities for the first 45 minutes. Late attendees will have to call our staff upon arrival (contacts phone numbers will be given upon registration). We will provide a light snack and proceed outdoors for the remainder of the time.
